Mobilist Detailed Tutorials

How To Join Mobilist

  • Sign Up using the link in the top right menu OR this link
  • 30 day trial allows the Administrator to experiment with the website and app
  • The Administrator will see all forms of all Teams available on their mobile devices
  • Mobilist Team Member App is Available for iOS and Android devices from their app stores
  • Profile button on the dashboard allows you to change the Administrators information

About Members

  • Members do not have access to the web account
  • Only the Mobilist Administrator has access to the web account
  • Members interface with the account only with the Mobilist Team Member App after receiving an access code

Add Members

Go Directly to Members in the Administrator Dashboard

  • You must add someone as a Member before you they be assigned to a Team
  • Go to the Mobilist Admin Login: Mobilist Admin Login Here
  • Look for Members in the left side Dashboard menu
  • Select the green buttn ADD MEMBER
  • Provide all of the requested information
  • At the bottom of the form you can add this member to any available Teams
  • Select ADD MEMBER to save

Make sure your Member has the Mobilist app installed

  • Launch the app
  • Enter the Members Phone number
  • Select Request Code
  • Check the email address used to add this member
  • Enter the Code into the app

Deactivate a Member

  • Find Members in the left hand Menu and select it
  • From the Member page select the member name
  • At the bottom of the Memebrs Details select Deactivate
  • Select SAVE CHANGES

Reactivate Member

  • Find Memebers in the left hand Menu and select it
  • From the Member page select the member name
  • At the bottom of the Memebrs Details select Activate
  • Select SAVE CHANGES

About Teams

  • Teams are created and Managed by the Administrator
  • Teams can contain any number of members
  • Different Teams can have the same member assigned to it
  • Folders of Forms can be assigned to Teams
  • Multiple forms can be easily managed for Teams using Folders

Add Teams

Go Directly to Teams in the Administrator Dashboard

  • Go to the Mobilist Admin Login: Mobilist Admin Login Here
  • Also located at the top right of this website
  • In the dashboard look for Teams in the left hand menu and select it
  • Select the Green ADD TEAM button
  • Give your team a name and select the ADD TEAM button below this field
  • By default availaable forms not placed in a folder will be assigned
  • You can update the setting and access to Foms and Folders at any time

Add Folders

Go Directly to Folders in the Administrator Dashboard

  • Folders hold multiple forms
  • Folders have custom names to identify which forms are grouped together
  • Folders are then assigned to Teams
  • This makes assigning forms to individual members unnecessary
  • Asign Folders to Teams
  • Assign Members to Teams

Add Reports

Go Directly to Reports in the Administrator Dashboard

  • Reports generates alerts and provide selected details from Member Submissions
  • You need to have saved at least one Form to your Forms to create a Report

Go to Admin Dashboard (link above)

  • Find Reports in the left hand menu and select it
  • Select the Green button ADD REPORT
  • Enter a name for your new Report
  • Select the Form you are creating your Report from
  • Select any item name from the Reports Column list and add a custom name if needed
  • Select any item from the Reports Filter and enter your criteria
  • This is the information that will be saved and emailed to the Admin
  • An Alternate email can be used
  • Mobilist uses end to end encryption for all actions by the Administrator and by Members
  • Mobilist can store your information for you or optionally we can send it to a designated email

Form Library

Go Directly to Reports in the Administrator Dashboard

  • The Form Library has more than 70 Forms and Cheklist templates
  • These can be copied to your account, renamed and fully customized
  • Select PREVIEW to see the form
  • Select USE to save a copy to your Forms
  • You can rename your form at this time
  • Yuu can Rename your form again anytime you need
  • We suggest using names that align with your other naming conventions

Your Subscription

Go Directly to Subscription in the Admin Dashboard

Your Subscription information is available in the Admin Dashboard and shows the number of members you are being charged for (monthly).

Mobilist uses end to end encryption for all actions by the Administraor and by Members
