Welcome to Mobilist. My name is Tom Barkow, developer of Mobilist and other products offered by our parent company, Ocean Learning, Inc. Ocean Learning has offered web-based training since 2004 and serves thousands of satisfied customers.
I have an Electrical Engineering degree from Purdue University, a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Chicago, and a Nuclear Engineering degree from the US Navy Submarine Service. I also have Private and Glider Pilot licenses. I have owned a major truck body manufacturing company for 20 years. From my military, aviation, and manufacturing background, I have a deep understanding of the importance of checklists and procedures in the safe operation of equipment.

Donna is the owner of Ocean Learning, Inc. and manages online training for thousands of employees and hundreds of client companies through ForkliftTech.com and CraneTestPrep.com. Donna has owned and managed Executive Properties and DMBarkow, Inc. for over 30 years.
