Quick Setup

  1. Create a Form: Click Forms and create a checklist or procedure.

  2. Add Employees: Click EMPLOYEES to add employees. An email is sent to the employee with instructions on installing the Mobilist Team App to their phone.

  3. Submit the Completed Form: The employee can open forms, fill them out and click SUBMIT when they’ve completed their tasks.

  4. Form Is Saved: The completed forms can be viewed from the dashboard along with name, date, and location.
